Account Deletion

At Taskfy, we respect your right to privacy. If you'd like to permanently delete your account and all associated data, follow one of the methods below. All deletions are irreversible.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure to export any data you need before requesting deletion.

Delete from the App

Recommended

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Taskfy mobile app:

  1. 1Open the Taskfy app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Navigate to your Profile page.
  3. 3Tap the Settings gear icon (⚙️).
  4. 4Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
  5. 5Confirm the deletion — all your data will be permanently erased immediately.

Request via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, send us an email from the address linked to your Taskfy account:

  1. 1Email us at dev.omartolba@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
  2. 2Include your Taskfy username or registered email address.
  3. 3Our team will process your request and permanently delete your data within 7–14 business days.

What data is deleted?

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove all of the following from our Firebase databases:

  • Profile information (name, photo, email)
  • Tasks, projects, and notes
  • Habits and tracking history
  • Statistics and productivity insights
  • Social interactions and shared content
  • Subscription and billing records
