2. Accounts, Security & Guest Mode

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. For users utilizing “Guest Mode”, all data is stored on-device; you are solely responsible for exporting your data prior to device resets or application uninstallation.

3. Subscriptions, In-App Billing & Refunds

Taskfy offers free tier access alongside premium tiers (Pro and Ultimate Elite):

• Mobile In-App Purchases: Subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed according to the respective platform's auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund rules.
• Web Billing: Subscriptions initiated on the web are processed via secure PCI-DSS certified gateways (RevenueCat / Paymob / Kashier). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal.
• Refund Eligibility: We offer a 14-day refund policy for first-time web purchases in the event of unresolved technical deficiencies. Mobile purchases must be refunded directly through Apple or Google.

4. Artificial Intelligence & Fair Use Policy

Features powered by artificial intelligence (including AI Goal Architect, AI Life Coach, and Natural Language Parser) are subject to reasonable usage thresholds and credit allocations to ensure optimal service availability. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or submit malicious or abusive prompts through our AI endpoints.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, visual interfaces, UI designs, brand marks, and features of Taskfy remain the exclusive intellectual property of Omar Tolba. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Taskfy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Under no circumstances shall Omar Tolba or Taskfy be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of your inability to use the service or any unforeseen downtime.
