1. The Dashboard (Home Tab)
The central command center for your daily life. Everything starts here.
Daily Energy Scan
Before building your task list, the app prompts you to log your energy levels (Low, Medium, High). This helps you align your most demanding tasks with your peak energy hours.
Quick-Add Task Button
The prominent '+' button allows you to instantly capture thoughts. Type the task, assign a due date, set a priority (Low, Medium, High, Urgent), and hit save.
Built-in Pomodoro Timers
Swipe left on any task to reveal the 'Focus' button. This launches a dedicated Pomodoro timer specifically for that task, tracking exactly how many minutes you spent on it.
Swipe Gestures
Every task supports fluid gestures. Swipe right to mark as complete (earning EXP instantly), or swipe fully left to delete the task from your schedule.
2. The Profile & Gamification Tab
Turn your productivity into a role-playing game. Track your growth visually.
EXP & Leveling System
Every completed task yields Experience Points (EXP). Fill your progress bar to level up. Higher levels unlock new avatar frames and prestige titles.
The Streak Counter
Complete at least one task a day to keep your streak alive. The higher your streak, the higher your EXP multiplier becomes. Don't break the chain!
Achievement Badges
A dedicated gallery showing the badges you've unlocked. Earn badges for milestones like 'First 7-Day Streak', '100 Tasks Completed', or 'Top Leaderboard Finisher'.
Advanced Analytics Board
Tap the 'Stats' button to view interactive charts detailing your task completion rate, most productive days of the week, and total hours spent in Focus Mode.
3. The Social Network Tab
Accountability through community. Connect with driven individuals.
User Search & Friend Requests
Use the top search bar to find friends by their unique @username. Send, accept, or decline friend requests via the 'Pending Requests' menu.
Global & Friends Leaderboard
Switch between 'Global' and 'Friends' views to see who gained the most EXP this week. Leaderboards reset every Sunday night to keep the competition fresh.
The 'Cheer' Button
View your friends' recent milestones on the activity feed. Tap the 'Cheer' icon to send them a push notification congratulating them on their hard work.
Privacy Controls & Blocking
Your data is yours. Set your profile to 'Private' so only accepted friends can see your streak. Use the 'Block User' button to prevent unwanted interactions instantly.

Theme Customization Engine
Navigate to 'Appearance' to toggle between System, Light, and a true AMOLED Dark Mode. Premium users can unlock custom accent colors beyond the default brand blue.
Custom Alarm Studio
Don't like default notification sounds? Go to 'Audio & Alarms' to upload your own MP3 files. The app will use your custom audio to wake you up or signal the end of a Pomodoro session.
Google Drive BYOC Sync
Enable 'Bring Your Own Cloud' (BYOC) in settings. Taskfy will securely connect to your personal Google Drive and store backups of your task history, ensuring ultimate data sovereignty.
Language & Localization
Switch instantly between English and fully localized Arabic via the 'Language' dropdown. The entire UI elegantly adapts to Right-to-Left (RTL) formatting automatically.

Drag-and-Drop Reordering
